These terms apply to the Festive Sales Growth Review and any discussion that follows from it.

1. The review

  • The Festive Sales Growth Review is a free, no-obligation discussion of approximately 20 minutes, offered at our discretion to brands we believe we can help.
  • Submitting the application does not guarantee a review slot. We may decline where there is no suitable fit.

2. No performance guarantee

  • We do not guarantee sales, revenue, return on ad spend or any specific campaign outcome. Results depend on your product, pricing, margins, website, inventory, fulfilment and market conditions.
  • Any figures discussed during the review are estimates for planning purposes only.

3. Engagement and fees

  • There is no payment obligation for submitting the application or attending the review.
  • Any paid engagement begins only after a written scope, timeline and fee are agreed in writing by both parties.
  • Advertising media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our professional fees.

4. Information you provide

  • You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.
  • Both parties will keep commercially sensitive information shared during the review confidential.
